I get why this brand goes by 'Miniml'. They provide hardly any info. I checked the 'Ingredients' part of their site, and what do I find? Almost nothing. I gave their dish soap a shot, but it has a terrible synthetic scent that gives me a headache. What’s in the ingredients? Just 'Perfume'. That could mean anything. If you can't take the time to share solid details about what’s in your products, then I’m not interested in buying from you.

I’ve started using Sorento lemon vinegar for cleaning my hard surfaces, mirrors, glass, and the stainless steel gas hob, which was a real hassle before. I appreciate not having to juggle a bunch of different products and chemicals. Plus, the 5-litre refill is a smart choice for the wallet. As an Airbnb host, I gotta keep everything spotless, and it truly is!

The service was lacking, took more than three weeks to get here, figured it was on its way by pigeon or something. The products were decent once they finally showed up.

I reached out to customer service, and they were incredibly helpful in figuring out what went wrong and promptly sending a replacement. It was a breath of fresh air to have my issue resolved so swiftly, effectively, and by such warm and friendly folks. Much appreciated!

I placed my order more than a week back and it still hasn't shown up.

They didn't send part of my order, and I had to follow up since they hadn't shipped a replacement even after 10 days. The Customer Service team was lovely on the phone, but there seems to be a gap with the warehouse. The washing up liquid doesn't hold up well. The bubbles disappear almost right away unless you use about 8 pumps; it just doesn't handle greasy oven trays very well. The scent is nice, though. The fabric softener is top-notch. The floor cleaner is pretty good too. The two trial samples of shower gel have such different consistencies that it's tough to believe they're both shower gel. I probably won't reorder, as the shipping with FedEx costs £5 each time, which makes the products not such a great deal.

Initially, I faced a problem with my order not showing up, and when it finally did, it was in bad shape. I reached out to a wonderful customer service rep named Megan, who handled everything super quickly and was really empathetic. I got a replacement order by the next day! I stumbled upon a site while searching for authentic items free from parabens and sulfates. I require these products for health reasons, and I've already tried them out. They’re fantastic, and I haven’t experienced any negative reactions. I went through the reviews and made sure to check the site thoroughly. Everything I ordered arrived, and there were no missing or damaged items. On the downside, it did take longer than the 2-5 business days Melanie mentioned in her email. Also, the packaging could’ve been better, and I noticed there wasn’t a return envelope for the refill pouches.
